Cancellation Policy
I require 24hr cancellation. The enforcement of the 24hr cancellation policy is to secure appointments. Without proper notice I am unable to fill the slot. Unfortunately, if you were to cancel without 24hour notice, you will be responsible for the payment in full for your scheduled appointment. Also, after 20 minutes past your appointment time we will need to reschedule the appointment as to not run into my next clients scheduled time and allow enough time for proper sanitation. Rescheduling due to tardiness also requires cancellation/ no show fee to be paid which is the full price of the appointment scheduled. I look forward to seeing you at your upcoming appointment.
